What is a boarding hotel?
A boarding hotel (also boarding house or aparthotel) combines the privacy of a furnished flat with hotel services. You stay in your own studio apartment with a kitchen while housekeeping, Wi-Fi and self check-in work like in a hotel — for one night or for weeks.
Do I have my own kitchen in the apartment?
Yes. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle and crockery. On longer stays this saves restaurant costs and keeps you independent.
From how many nights can I book?
You can book from a single night. For longer stays of 7 nights or more you receive special rates — simply request an individual offer.
How do arrival and check-in work?
Check-in is from 1:00 to 9:00 pm. For late arrivals a keybox is available around the clock, so you can check in contactlessly and without waiting.
Can I cancel free of charge?
When booking you choose between a guaranteed rate (around 10% cheaper) and a flexible, cancellable rate — so you decide between best price and flexibility.
Is parking available?
Yes. Private parking spaces and a covered deck are available to our guests around the clock, free of charge — no reservation required.
How often is the apartment cleaned?
There is a daily housekeeping service. A laundry and ironing service is available on request.
Can I extend my stay?
Gladly — just get in touch. For extended stays we prepare a fair offer with weekly or monthly conditions.
Is there an accommodation tax?
Since 1 October 2025, Heidelberg charges an accommodation tax of €3.50 per person aged 16+ per night for the first five nights, in addition to the room price.
